Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Advance Notice: 24 Hours or More: If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full credit for a future session. Short Notice: Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-creditable. Unfortunately, due to the short notice, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule for these cancellations. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion. Rescheduling: 24 Hours or More: You may reschedule your session without any penalty if done 24 hours or more in advance. Less Than 24 Hours: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable.
