Phillip is the Director of Spectrum Total Operations Inc. He is a Certified Bookkeeper with the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping (CIB), Certified Professional Bookkeeper with the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada and a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) focusing on leadership and team development.
Having come from a background of business management and ownership, Phillip has an intimate knowledge of business ranging from day to day operations, development and planning, financials and period reviews and reconciliation and how all these individual pieces are paramount to the success and growth of your business.
The combination all of these areas of expertise allows Phillip to expertly help clients with a variety of business and organizational needs including planning, leadership and team coaching to accounting management
